Zencare was born from a conversation between three professionals who, despite coming from entirely different corners of the wellness and beauty world, shared an identical frustration: Vietnam's spa and wellness market was brimming with potential, yet starved of the professionalism, product integrity, and holistic vision it deserved.
Sally Nguyen, with years of experience running luxury spa operations and managing high-end wellness events, had witnessed first-hand how Vietnamese clients hungered for a premium, consistently excellent experience — and how rarely they found it. Ngoc Luu, a practising doctor of traditional medicine, knew that the country's extraordinary herbal heritage was being underused, diluted, or simply overlooked by mainstream beauty brands. And Phuong Le, a seasoned entrepreneur in the beauty industry, understood exactly how a well-conceived product strategy could turn that heritage into a brand the market would trust and love.
The three decided to join forces — and to do it properly. They brought on board Tuan Tran, a fund manager and financial expert whose sharp strategic instincts and capital support gave Zencare the foundation it needed to grow without compromise. With Tuan's backing, the founding team could focus entirely on building something that would genuinely raise the bar.
